Los Critics Choice Awards han elegido las mejores películas y actuaciones cinematográficas del año, consolidando a los principales contendientes en la carrera de premios apenas un mes antes de que se revelen las nominaciones a los Oscar.
‘Barbie’ lideró el total de nominaciones con 18, incluidas Mejor Película, Mejor Directora (Greta Gerwig) y Mejor Actriz (Margot Robbie) y Mejor Actor de Reparto (Ryan Gosling). Duplicando la cantidad de nominaciones que consiguió en los Globos de Oro el lunes. A ‘Barbie’ le siguen ‘Oppenheimer’ de Christopher Nolan y ‘Poor Things’ de Yorgos Lanthimos, las cuales obtuvieron 13 nominaciones, seguidas de cerca por ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ de Martin Scorsese.
